NetSupport’s ITAM Solution Helps CFORP Keep Track of IT Assets

Based in Ottawa, the Centre franco-ontarien de ressources pédagogiques (CFORP) was established in 1974 with a mission to improve the provision of educational services to French speaking Canadians. Today the organisation provides a range of support services that help schools and educational agencies implement effective training programs for French-Canadian students.

Following their recent move into custom-built premises and the introduction of a cutting-edge IT infrastructure it quickly became apparent that help would be needed to effectively manage the company’s newly acquired IT Assets.

NetSupport Technology Helps Papio-Missouri NRD Support Their Mobile Workforce

Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District in the state of Nebraska use a combination of NetSupport technologies to manage their IT infrastructure and support their ‘roaming’ workforce.

The challenge was two-fold:
- Decisions on the upgrade and roll-out of new technology relied on providing management with accurate up-to-the-minute Hardware and Software Inventory reports.
