Summary
If you try to convert a DNA Helpdesk User to an DNA Helpdesk Operator but this causes you to exceed the maximum number of Helpdesk Operators that your license allows you may get an error message when you try to navigate to different options in the menu. Once this error occurs it is not possible to continue to use the DNA Helpdesk.
