Summary
It has been brought to our attention that there is a problem installing NetSupport DNA onto a Windows 2003 Server machine. The error messages received are as follows:
Internal error 2753, DNADBWizard.exe
and
Error: - 1603 Fatal error during installation
Consult Windows installer Help (MSI.chm) or MSDN for more information
Details
In order to resolve the issue described above please follow the steps below:
1. Delete this registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{29556819-8ECB-4B45-9154-4E7221E8631D}
2. Delete this registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\{91865592BCE854B41945E427128E36D1}
3. Reboot your machine
4. Run the attached instal.exe and browse to the folder C:\Program Files\NetSupport DNA\DNA\Client\Components and select the file Alphlsp.dll
5. Delete the install directory of NetSupport DNA (C:\Program Files\NetSupport DNA)
6. Go to www.netsupportsoftware.com and download the updated DNA setup file which will install correctly
