Summary

We have discovered that when trying to create a Software distribution package using DNA Package Administration, an error may be generated and the package cannot be created.

The error message is "Cannot Write Package or Disk Full" and can be caused by the DNA Console not being able to create a temporary file called TempPackage.zip in the logged on users temp folder. It may be possible that this file was not deleted after a previous attempt to create a software package and is left in a state where it cannot be deleted.

Details

In order to resolve this problem then please do the following:

1. Close your Console
2. Search your Hard Drive for a file called TempPackage.zip
3. If this file is found then please delete it
4. Go back into your Console and try to create another Package
