Summary
Service Pack 2 for DNA Helpdesk 2.00 is now available. This service pack can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this document. Service Pack 2 for DNA Helpdesk 2.00 can only be installed on a system that already has DNA Helpdesk 2.x installed, to upgrade a DNA Helpdesk 1.x installation to DNA Helpdesk 2.00 please download the full product from http://www.netsupportsoftware.com/downloads
Details
DNA Helpdesk Service pack 2 updates an existing DNA Helpdesk 2.x installation to version 2.00.2. This service pack contains the following fixes.
- Fixed an issue with Strange File Description in the 3rd screen of add a file.
- Fixed an issue with Unable to Upload Certain .CSV Files into DNA Helpdesk.
- Fixed an issue with Ticket Types not sorting by definded order
- Fixed an issue with Adding users with apostrophe in the name
- Fixed an issue with Unable to Upload Reports over 200kb to DNA Helpdesk Servers running Windows 2003 Server
- Fixed an issue with Error /helpdesk/admin/EditUserfull.asp, line 559
- Fixed an issue with Error when importing from a CSV file with an with apostrophe in the name
- Fixed an issue with Editing imported users when NT logon option is set
