Summary
Service Pack 3 for DNA Helpdesk 2.00 is now available. This service pack can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this document. Service Pack 3 for DNA Helpdesk 2.00 can only be installed on a system that already has DNA Helpdesk 2.x installed, to upgrade a DNA Helpdesk 1.x installation to DNA Helpdesk 2.00 please download the full product from http://www.netsupportsoftware.com/downloads
This service pack is cumulative and includes all the fixes and updates from DNA Helpdesk service pack 2. For details of the update contained in DNA Helpdesk service pack 2 please see DNA Helpdesk Service Pack 2 (TD463)
Details
DNA Helpdesk Service pack 3 updates an existing DNA Helpdesk 2.x installation to version 2.00.3. This service pack contains the following updates.
- Fixed an Issue where the $TICKETURL$ parameter is not correctly populated in text format Emails
- Fixed an issue where required custom fields are not correctly handled a ticket is created by user that is not a Helpdesk Operator
- Fixed the sort order of Ticket Types when adding a new solution
- Fixed a problem that caused a windows security dialog to be displayed when setting the Due Date using the calendar
- Fixed a problem with parameters in a report not being correctly populated
- Added Paging Ability in Ticket Lists
With this service pack installed, the Ticket lists in DNA Helpdesk can be set to display a fixed number of records for each page. The options to set the number of records can be set on the Customise page from the Admin Menu.
