Summary
After installing DNA version 2.5 it is necessary to update the Inventory components for DNA Helpdesk. The DNA helpdesk will not function correctly until this update has been applied.
Details
To update the Helpdesk Inventory components to be compatible with DNA version 2.5.
- Download the File HDInventoryUpdate.exe (link at the bottom of this page)
- Run this file on the DNA Helpdesk server.
